Unable to Setup Microsoft 365 Developer Program : E5 Subscription

Dear All,

I am trying apply for MS E5 develop program. I have tried twice now, and I get the error below:

We're unable to complete this request

This service is temporarily unavailable due to a high volume of requests. Please try again later.

We can't set up your subscription right now. The service might be unavailable. Please try your request again.

Actually i tried several times, but all failed.

According to your error message, you can wait for a while and test it again in browser InPrivate mode to see if issue persists.

Please also make sure your account meets the requirement: Microsoft account (created by you for personal use), Work account (issued by an admin for business use), Visual Studio ID.
