    It sounds like you are not receiving verification code in your email. Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Recheck other folder in your email
      Look in your spam or junk folder. Search your inbox for “Microsoft account security code.”
    2. Disable VPN or Proxy Services
      If you're using a VPN or proxy, turn it off temporarily. These services can sometimes interfere with email delivery or verification.
    3. Add Microsoft as a Contact in Your Email
      Add ******@sharepointonline.com to your email contacts, then resend the code. This can help ensure Microsoft’s messages are not blocked or filtered.
    4. Wait and Try Again Later
      The issue might be temporarily - you may receive the code after some time. Wait at least 24 hours before trying again, especially if you've made multiple attempts in a short period.
    5. Check for Option to Add Another Verification Method
      If you're prompted to verify your identity but still have partial access to your account, look for an option like “Use a different verification option” or “I don’t have access to these.”
      If available, this may allow you to add a new phone number or alternate email to complete verification.
    6. Submit the Account Reinstatement Form
      If none of the above steps work, go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/AccountReinstatement
      Fill out the form with your account details. At the end, mention: “I’m not receiving the verification code.”
      Submit the form and allow up to 24 hours for Microsoft to respond.
