Is there a way to syncronize my To-Do and my Planner? Or maybe my Outlook and my Planner?

Right now, I'm the focal point for people to share documents with. To try and keep myself organized, I started to flag the e-mail I got with documentations and organize them on a list in my "To-Do" App. But now I'll have to share them with other people in my team (And they'll need access to the attachments)... Is there a way to make the tasks on To-Do get into the Planner? Or maybe straight from the e-mail to the Planner, whatever works best.

Good day, Lucas!  Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community! After reviewing your concerns, I suggest that you can sync tasks between Microsoft To-Do and Planner by enabling the integration as following steps:

    1. Open To-Do Settings:
    • Windows app: Select your name, then choose "Settings."
    • iOS or Android app: Select the menu icon, then select your name.
    • To-Do or Outlook on the web: In the upper right corner, choose "Settings," then "To-Do Settings."
    1. Enable Planner Integration:
    • In Settings, scroll down to the "Smart lists" section and make sure "Assigned to me" is turned On.
    • Under "Connected apps," for Planner, choose "On."

Once enabled, tasks assigned to you in Planner will appear in the "Assigned to me" list in To-DoHere are the guidance article related to your need:

I hope this helps you have a better experience with To-Do and Planner for your working. Please feel free to reach out to us again for further assistance. Best Regards,
