I recently upgraded to Premium Plan 1 for Planner, but when I attempt to migrate my existing plan to premium I get the error - "Your plan couldn't be converted Wait a bit, then try again." I have tried several times and waited a number of hours, and yet it won't progress / convert

    Hi,

I had the same issue but managed to resolve it by:

    • first create a new plan from a template that is only available for premium (like f.e. Marketing Campaign or Sprint Planning)
    • then upgrade the plan you initially wanted to upgrade

It feels like somehow there is some cashing that is causing the issue that is overwritten by first creating a new premium plan before trying to upgrade an existing plan.
