Hello Experts,
I need help, I am trying my mailbox move to another mailbox database but it's stuck at 95% and said failed other, I resumed it with bad item command still unable to move please help me in this regard.

Hi,
It seems you are moving the mailbox to a database with passive copies.
Please run this command to check the DataMoveReplicationConstraint value of the target database. (By default it should be secondcopy)
Get-MailboxDatabase -Identity <target database> | fl DataMoveReplicationConstraint
Please run this command to temporarily change it to none, and see if it can help with this issue:
Set-mailboxdatabase -identity <target database> -DataMoveReplicationConstraint None

Are you moving the mailbox using ECP? Perhaps you could try to stop and remove the move request. Then, create a new move request with PowerShell if you've not done so. You can also try to move it to other database and see if the same issue occurs.
I am using EMS.
with this command
New-MoveRequest -Identity "ali.manzoor1" -TargetDatabase "TB-DB03" -BadItemLimit "200" -AcceptLargeDataLoss
Have you tried to remove the entire move request and create a new one with the EMS command you used? Also it's worth trying to change the baditemlimit to Unlimited and see if the request still stuck at 95%

And then re run this command

Are you moving a mailbox to databases within DAG? Have you already tried to move it to different mailbox database, either its DAG or standalone database?
I am moving with the using DAG.
