Hello.

We are migrating mailboxes from EX2010 to EX2016 in a coexistence environment.

One of the shared mailboxes couldn't be migrated and show the error:

Hi @Tanapong Jangjeanhut

Please remove the failed move request and create a new one adding the skipmoving parameter:

 New-MoveRequest -identity <mailbox> -skipmoving:folderviews,folderrestrictions -TargetDatabase <database>  

And see if the shared mailbox can be moved successfully.
