Since this is the only admin account and you're locked out, Microsoft support is your best path forward. Here's how to get help:
- Go to https://admin.microsoft.com
- Click “Need help?” in the bottom-right corner.
- If you can’t log in at all, go to https://support.microsoft.com and:
- Select “Contact Support”
- Choose “Microsoft 365 for business”
- Explain that you're locked out of the only global admin account due to incomplete MFA setup.

Important Notes
- If the account has been permanently deleted, Microsoft and DepEd may not be able to restore it.
- If you had important files or emails, ask if backups are available.
- Going forward, make sure to regularly check your DepEd email or link it to a personal account for alerts.
