Azure Devops-How to automatically create pull request and merge if no conflicts.-(no review is required)

Hi Team,

I want to understand how can i create a flow in Azure DevOps to create a pull request from a branch on monthly basis.

We don't need reviewers or build checks. Its simple pull request and merge to main branch.

We are just maintaining our code on ADO but don't need review and build process as our process is very independent.

Could you please help me in this.I couldn't find any reference material that could help me setup a simple pull request job .
