Receiving an error when trying to reschedule exam

Hi! I am having trouble rescheduling my MS-700 exam. It is currently scheduled for tomorrow and I need to change it to next Friday. I scheduled the exam with my microsoft account but when trying to reschedule, the system kicks me over to my outlook account with MS Learning. Please help. Thank you in advance. I have also included a screenshot of the issue.
