a user opened second mailbox in his Outlook. Now when sending an email from this second mailbox, still the labeling footer is added to the email.
Is there a chance to get rid of it?

What you mean by " labeling footer "? You can remove all private information and share a screenshot about it.

How did the user opened the second mailbox? Was the account added via File > Add Account, or it's a shared mailbox which he has full access and send as permission to?
