I tried to install SQL Server 2019 Express on parallel desktop 17 and got an error message.

after I tried all the solution in the internet still can't solve it.
no idea how to fix it now.
can anyone teach me how to fix it.

ps. i install window 11arm insider from insider program in parallel not sure this will be the cause of the problem or not.

    window 11 arm

    I don't think SQL Server is supported on ARM architecture; never heard of.
    And Windows 11 is a preview, no support today.

    It's not clear whether window 11arm will have an impact. but you can find more information in the errorlog.
