    Hello Samaj,

    If you are able to open at least a cmd prompt, you can perform below tasks or try to restart then open CMD and follow this commands ,

    •- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    •- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    •- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    •- sfc /scannow

    Once the system is up, please go through the below link and perform those operations
