Do not in stall IIS role along side of active directory domain services. A better option might be to install hyper-v role (as only role) on host, then stand up two virtual machines. One for active directory domain services and another for IIS / application role.

You should create more than one server VMs and assign each of them to a different role or at least compatible roles.

AD DC and IIS are widely considered incompatible roles. And if you insist that setup, you need to hire an experienced consultant to assist.
