Hi,
I had a scheduled exam of AZ-900 on 28th July2020 at 1:30PM IST.
Prior to the exam I already ran System-Test and was set to appear for the exam.
But when time came for me to appear in the exam, the "Certification Dashboard " didnot load for me.
I tried for that whole day, but it didnot open.
I had a proper internet, proper laptop which was already varified in the System test, but the Certification Dashboard didnot open.
I have taken some screenshots of the loading page and the error message that I encountered at that time.
Please let me know If i need to attach that also.

Thank you for the reply.
I have already posted my question there and waiting for my answer.
Note that, my voucher that I was using for appearing in the exam is now used up and I didn't had a chance to sit in the exam.
Might try asking here about a replacement voucher.

Based on this thread, it looks like the issue has been resolved. Here is the workaround they provided if you are still seeing this issue:
please follow the steps provided below:
-Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito
-Clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete

I already tried your solution of clearing cache at that time, but it didnot open.
And now I am not able to use my voucher as it is already used up.
