PLEASE HELP!

hi, I have a email address which I made a few weeks ago. However I got signed out od the email and when I try go to sign in it says that my account doesn't exist. When I go to change password, the same message appears again. When I try to do the account recovery form, it doesn't let me as it says the email I'm trying to recover doesn't exist. I have been using this email and it is important
please help me!

I completed level 7. But i don't get any certificate.

Hi

Please make sure your account was not erased or disabled, as such error happen when the email you enter is not created into Microsoft's system.

Make sure there isnt a typo on how you wrote it too.

In all case, if the email dont exist on Microsoft's side, you can probably re-create it from stractch. Just bare that you might had a typo error in your older email if it allow to recreate's one.

You can try out the following steps to get a hold of Support Representative!

1. Visit the link :- https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
2. Click on "Get support in the browser instead."
3. Describe your Issue (For Example :- I have lost access to my account")
4. At the bottom of the screen you will see a button as "Contact Support". Click on it and select appropriate Category and Sub-Category.

Done! you will be connected with a Support Representative in No time!
