I have successfully completed DA-100 exam on 6th September, but still its certification is not updated or visible to me.

I have successfully completed DA-100 exam on 6th September, but still its certification is not updated or visible to me.
When i click on View Certificates option in my dashboard, my getting blank screen.

Please check and do the needful.
