I have verified that

  1. client push account has local admin rights on client machine.
  2. tried with turn off the firewall on both sccm server and client .
  3. both sccm and client is pingable each other.

please suggest

Is the dns record good for the device in question? Is the client push account added in the local administrators on the client device?

    Hi, @Richkm
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

What is the security permission does your client push installation account have? We at least need the Modify and Read permission for the Site object.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/clients/deploy/prerequisites-for-deploying-clients-to-windows-computers#client-push-installation

You may also try to change the client push account to a use with full administrator to exclude whether it is caused by permission issues.
