AZ-104 certification missing?

I passed the AZ-104 certification exam but I don’t see the actual certification on my profile. Can you fix it such that I can see both the Fundamentals certification and the Administrator certification?

Also is there a place in my account that I can see the actual exam scores? I know I passed but can I see the scores?
