Resetting Global Admin Password

Question

Hello,
4 years ago I got a shadow tenant auto-created for me by trying "Power BI Free", that created an organization account for me and set it as global admin (i toke-over admin via wizard that time), today i need to access that tenant but i never remember which password was used for the account, self-service reset not enabled on shadow tenant, i need to get into that tenant but no way, can not remember the password.

NB1: i have access to the email address used as UPN for that account/admin.
NB2: i tried "forgot password", it lead to "contact support" page which clicked & leads to "Page not found"!

I need support to recover that account , i have no further tools to use.

Ok, forget it.. i had to go serious mind squeezing and history digging to be able to recall a 4 years old password after 6 weeks of getting no helping hand here to create a support request or respond to mentioning or from azcommunity@microsoft.com. i solved my issue on my own. Thanks to who tried to help above. though disappointed at who did not care to respond.

anyone is willing to help with this? or create a support request for that? almost 6 weeks despite the mentions, please help.

The steps there do not work, for a shadow tenant it is only one admin whose password is lost and self reset is not enabled, it must be handled by Microsoft i guess. i will use that email referenced in the thread hopefully they can help.
