Hi there, I am trying to install windows 10 on a computer that I’ve had installed windows 10 in before, for some reason after a couple months or so it crashes and it deletes my windows 10, so I reinstall it through the media installation tool and I just download it again, but for some reason this time it goes to the process of download but I cannot find the drivers for windows 10 on the USB that I’m using, I’ve tried over 1 million times and I followed every single instruction available and for some reason he just keeps saying that the window drivers cannot be found and I cannot go forward with the installation, what am I doing wrong because I’ve tried to get help from experts and I can’t reach anybody

When performing a clean install of Windows the first process is installing Windows with default Windows drivers.
The end user then installs drivers from the computer or motherboard manufacturer website.
    Then applications are installed.
At any time the end user can check for Windows updates.

Open the website for the computer or motherboard manufacturer > support > enter the product or serial number or model > post a link into this thread

Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

On a working computer create a bootable Windows 10 iso 21H1:

    Hello @Briam Perez-Garcia

I would like to suggest below troubleshooting steps.

    1. Please use any other different USB drive and mount the Windows 10 .iso using Rufus tool.
    2. Please also check in BIOS settings if UEFI or Legacy boot options is enabled and try to change to the other.
    3. During the Windows 10 Installation Wizard Cleanup everything and let Windows creates new partition for installation.
    4. Please also try to reset BIOS to default values and retry the Installation.
