Azure Virtual Training Day Exam Voucher Missing on My Certification Profile

I have attended Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day fortnight back but exam discount voucher has not be available against my certification profile.

Could someone please kinldy assist?

I register and attend virtual day event using e-mail: siddiqui.jack@Stuff .com
