I scheduled an exam with Pearson VUE however it is not showing up on my dashboard.

I scheduled an exam with Pearson VUE for online testing, and the dashboard on the Pearson VUE shows I have it available to launch - however, I did not receive any email confirming that I scheduled it, nor is it available to see on my Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
