Not received any certificate and badge for the passed exam

Hi Team,

I appeared for AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator exam on 7th Sept. 2021 and cleared it as well. I waited for 48hours in order to receive some sort of communication mail having instructions (link) from microsoft where I can download my certificate and badge for the passed exam.

Its more than 5 days now but there is no communication on this. Request your help here. attaching
