Browser menu bars and the taskbar font size too small

Just bought a new HP laptop, 14". It came with Windows 11.

The browser address window, the web title on the tabs, the bookmark bar, and the task bar at the bottom all have a font size I cannot read; it is too small.
I can change other text by going to settings etc., but these four items DO NOT CHANGE. Too tiny.

My other laptop which also has Windows 11 has much more readable text size but this new PC font size is too small.

I HAVE TRIED ALL THE SUGGESTED THINGS ON THE INTERNET. NOTHING WORKS.

I just paid $99 to upgrade the OS that came with this PC (Win 11 Home) to Win 11 Pro. But even that did not fix the issue.

I need help from a human.

    Hello

Have you tried going to Windows Settings > Accessibility > Text Size,

Use the Text size scaling to adjust, then click the Apply button. See if that improves.
