why can i not open either of my Microsoft app like excel word,powerpoint and so on ive downloaded the apps but they cant be run

1. Repair Office applications from Settings -

• Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
• Find Microsoft Office in the list and click the three ellipses icon.
• Select Modify.
• Then, select Online Repair and click 'Repair now'.

Wait for the Office applications to be reinstalled.
