RDP connectivity on custom port not working while in SSTP VPN under windows 10.

When I try to RDP to my internal server on a custom port after SSTP VPN, the connection drops saying the default "RDP is not enabled". But at the same time when I am connecting through RDP using the default port, it is working.
Is there any setting that I need to do for the custom port connectivity on the client-side?
N.B.: I am connecting to mikrotik SSTP.
