WSUS NOT SYNCH

Hi everyone, I have a big problem, I tried with error on Wsus services.

It running synch 10-40% and stop.
I'm using windows server 2012 r2.

the error: webexception the underlying connection was closed.The connection was closed unexpectedly.

Can help me fix this problem, thank you very much!

    If the IIS has not been configured before, please refer to the links below to configure it on the both downstream and upstream WSUS Server first:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4490414/windows-server-update-services-best-practices

    Please try to restart the Application Pools and then try to resync again.

    I have tried the cases you give them, but none of them work. I tried to only install wsus separately on the new win server 2012 r2 datacenter version and not through the proxy, still the same problem. But when running on the 2016 version, the sync is ok.
    What do I need to do so that you can help me fix this?

    I had same issue on Windows Server 2012. Then finally i had to move to windows server 2019, it worked with same configuration. I checked all configurations..
    Like

    1. Firewall
    2. Ports 8035, specify location https://fqdn-of-wusu:8530 on group policy
    3. No proxy
    4. Allow microsoft site in IE
