Whenever I start the defender's offline scan, it will restart my computer then show the blue screen displaying windows offline scan but after this nothing will happen and it will restart again. It will not show any progress of scan.
Sfc /ScanNow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth Result showing everything is fine.
Should I be worry? What should I do?

Hey there!

Nice to meet you! I'm Randy, an Independent Advisor.

If Defender Offline scan restarts your PC, briefly shows the blue screen, then reboots without scanning, it likely failed to start. Since sfc /scannow and DISM found no issues, your system's fine. Try turning off Fast Startup in Power Options, or run this in admin Command Prompt: "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -Scan -ScanType 2. No need to worry unless you see strange behavior.

Best regards,

    Hi,

Yes, it's normal for it to say "Scan starting..." for a while the message doesn’t update in real-time. The scan can take 15–45 minutes depending on your system, but if nothing happens after an hour, restart and try a full scan through Windows Security.

    Regards,
