Hi team,

I'm getting a 404 when trying to access my Azure DevOps repo source code in the browser:

https://mssqltools.visualstudio.com/ADS%20LiveSite%20Support/_git/SQL-LiveSite-Tools-Guide

We are still able to modify the repo via Git CLI and also our EngHub page which is based on this source code is still working.

https://eng.ms/docs/cloud-ai-platform/azure-data/azure-data-azure-databases/sql-/sql-telemetry/sql-livesite-tools

Please let me know if you need other info.

Thanks,

Megha

Shared below Suggestions to Megha Devaraj via Teams

    • Go to Project Settings -> Overview -> Ensure the Repos option is switched to On. User's image
    • If it is greyed out, then go to Organization Settings -> Microsoft Entra ID -> Connect to Microsoft directory. User's image Go to Azure Portal -> Microsoft Entra ID -> Groups -> Search for the group named something like ADO-MSSQLTOOLS-ADS_LIVESITE_SUPPORT-PA-JIT. Add yourself or a valid admin group to it -> Wait for replication (can take up to 1 hour), then refresh Azure DevOps and check if the Repos toggle becomes editable.
    • Go to Organization Settings -> Users -> Check Access level, it should be basic or higher. Stakeholder will not work. User's image
    • Under Organization Settings -> Permissions -> Ensure you must be part of Project Collection Administrator and then under Permissions section -> Set Allow to all permissions. User's image
    • Try this URL once - https://mssqltools.visualstudio.com/ADS%20LiveSite%20Support/_git/ - This should list all repos in the project

    Hope this helps!
