I understand that you are getting error as ACI Service request failed.
Please let us know about the below queries:
- Could you confirm if the user, service principal, or managed identity that is deploying the container been assigned the required role as (Contributor or Container Instance Contributor) at the resource group or container group level? This confirms if permissions are correctly set at the right scope.
- Was the role assignment has been done recently and also did you try refreshing the credentials or re-logged in since the assignment?
- Are you deploying using a user account, service principal, or managed identity? Different methods have specific permission and configuration needs.
- Is the Microsoft.ContainerInstance resource provider registered in the subscription? A missing or unregistered provider can block deployments and cause authorization errors.
- Are there any resource locks, policies, or network restrictions (like IP/firewall rules) on the resource group or subscription that could be denying write actions?
