Dear Microsoft Support Team,
Yesterday, I encountered a sudden problem on my laptop, where I saw a pop-up message indicating that a certain file was missing, but I didn't understand what it was. After the message appeared, I experienced some oddities where my File Explorer took an unusually long time to load, and I couldn’t perform certain functions or access some systems or applications. For example, I couldn’t find “Virus and Threat Protection” because a message stated that my IT administrator had set access restrictions, preventing me from accessing it.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance and assistance in resolving this issue. If you require any further information or if you have any specific troubleshooting steps that you recommend, please let me know. I'm eager to restore the functionality of my laptop and ensure its stability.

Glenn Ananta

It looks like there's a scheduled task left over from some removed malware and the malware has set some policies to compromise the computer. To fix the problem and check for any further malware, please provide Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) logs for analysis.

Note: If you are using Edge or Chrome, SmartScreen may initially block the download. Click on the three dots next to the warning and select Keep => Show more => Keep anyway.
Please upload Fixlog.txt so I can check if further action is required.
