The problem indicated on your system is that 32GB of the 34GB of RAM has been set aside for hardware reserved, that is used for things like integrated graphics, because integrated graphics does not have any dedicated VRAM.
Go to the support page for your system on the HP website, then from there, update all your drivers and also check for any BIOS update that may be avaialble and not yet installed.
Also, click your Start Button, then just type msconfig and press Enter.
On the resulting utility, select the Boot tab.
Click the 'Advanced Options' button on that tab.
If the Maximum Memory settings is set, disable that and uncheck that Maximum Memory Box.
Then restart your PC to see if that frees up some of your RAM.
