MFA with the Authenticator app doesn't work.

I am unable to authenticate using the MS Authenticator app. When I attempt to login, my MS Authenticator app raises an alert, but I get the attached dialog.

   1. When did this problem first start? Was it working before and then suddenly stopped?

2. Does this happen when you're trying to open a specific app, like Outlook, Teams, or the Azure portal?

3. Can you tell me exactly when the error shows up? Is it before you type your password, or after you sign in and before the app asks for approval?

4. When you tap ‘Approve’ in the app, does the error come up right after that?

    5. Did you recently reinstall the Authenticator app or restore it from a backup?
