can I RDP into azure SQL managed instance? OS level RDP

Hi All,

Can I RDP into azure SQL managed instance? OS level RDP. I'm not referring to using SSMS to connect to RDP. Are all Azure Managed instance (any DB) are serverless?

    No, this is not possible with this service, it's a PaaS service with no OS level access.
