I am hosting a website on my Microsoft Server 2019 i'm gettting Website(www.theleadguard.com) is online but isnt responding to connection attempts

The remote computer isn’t responding to connections on port 80, possibly due to firewall or security policy settings, or because it might be temporarily unavailable. Windows couldn’t find any problems with the firewall on your computer.

I have tried everything the internet has suggested from commands(netsh int ip and ipconfig /flushdns and click Enter.) to disabling the proxy and nothing works. I have even reset the network settings and still no answer. I Have used portqryUI to check if the port was open and the response is portqry.exe -n 192.168.1.151 -e 80 -p TCP exits with return code 0x00000000. I am not sure what to do at this point can someone help me.

The Website is online but isn't responding to connection attempts error is caused by add-ons or incorrect proxy settings. If you're using a proxy and getting this error, consider replacing it with a VPN solution. Browser add-ons can cause connection issues to a website, so, make sure to check them.

i Have followed each step as referred to the post but i have not been able to get it to work.
