I am afraid that you are in the wrong place, and you need to find a forum where they discuss MySQL. (And, no, I don't know where they do that. You will need to use Google to find out.)
Some more details: You posted your question to a Microsoft forum and tagged your question SQL Server Database Engine. Microsoft SQL Server is a different product from MySQL, which is owned by Oracle.
For the sake of completeness, I should add that Microsoft hosts a MySQL service in their cloud offering, and if you are using that service, you are welcome to post here using the tag Azure Database for MySQL. However, since this is a local problem on your machine, your question may not be on topic for that tag.
