I just got a new PC with ASUS PRIME B550M-A WIFI II motherboard which has bluetooth.

But when I turn on bluetooth and try to find my headphones, 0 device appear it just loads until eternity.

Drivers are up-to date and I reinstalled them. Windows troubleshooting didn't help.

Any idea how to fix?image

Hello Michal. Are you using Windows 10 or 11? There might be an incompatibility issue. And since you have checked almost everything by updating and reinstalling the drivers and also Windows troubleshooting, the best course of action would be taking a look into this article from official ASUS website - [Motherboard] How to solve the Bluetooth problem of the motherboard? and if the provided solutions still won't work, you may try to Contact Support from them.

Nevermind I downloaded bluetooth drive Realtek Bluetooth Driver V1.9.1051.3002 for Windows 10 64-bit& Win11 64-bit---(WHQL).
    and not MTK_7921_7922_7902 Bluetooth driver v1.1038.0.440 for windows10, windows11 64-bit.
