It should be automatically enabled for all App Services, but you can disable it under App Service > Manage > Health Check

Are health checks mandatory for Azure Healthcare API for FHIR ? And in what kind of environment we must use this or we can skip this ?

As you mentioned about disabling the health checks for Azure FHIR, if possible could you please provide a screenshot to show which setting are your referring? Based on that I can get engaged with internal groups to understand it more.

2021-09-22T20:19:25.61+00:00 Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure what you meant by "mandatory" and thought you were asking if there was some sort of enforcement. Health check configuration changes will restart your app, which will impact your live environment. Were there any other consequences you were concerned about?
