Unfortunately, there is not a Windows built-in GPO or registry to set site permissions for specific site geolocation.
Because Chrome is not a Microsoft product and its installation location is usually in user profile, we can set permission for it on UI but cannot batch configure it on multiple computers.
You could consult Chrome support for some ideas.

Hi every one
Does anyone know how to make a site permissions for specific site geolocation with a GPO or reg file. can not really find any infomantion about it.
I know how to make in the chrome itself, but we have to make a change on all our computer so it has to be done via GPOs or something that we can shoot out on all our computer.
