how to configure outlook to always HTML when replying to email message
Hello everyone.
We are changing our Outlook (2016, 2019) signature to use our organization logos, and social icons. The issue we run into is some of our external client sending email to us using "Rich Text", or "Plain Text", and when the user reply to the external recipient, the signature did not show up.
is there a way that we can configure to automatically force Outlook to use HTLM format when replying or forwarding email?
I did a research on line a saw a couple suggest that we can use VBA, but it only work when user remember to active the VBA Macro.
and that is not working well for us since users are not always remember to activate the Macro every time they reply to an email message.
Thanks for your help.
