VMM does not display any storage when creating a virtual machine from a template

I am creating a virtual machine from a template and when I get to the "Configure Settings" section, the virtual machine path is not being recognized because the location paths (cluster shared volumes) are not being presented through VMM. The CSV's show in the properties on the cluster, but not through the wizard.
