how to fix Windows Search not working?????????????????????????

When i type into Search (Cortana)

, i just see nothing but the menu on the left. How to fix?

This issue is probably because Cortana is not supported by Windows any longer.

Please try installing the latest feature update manually and let us know.

The fastest way to get the upgrade is through the Media creation tool or ISO file. Please download the Media Creation Tool and select "Upgrade this PC now".

If the update fails, let us know the error code, and run the Setupdiag tool. Post the outcome of the same. We may need some logs depending on what the result is.

Please try these steps, let us know if this helps:

1. Open Task Manager.
2. In Task Manager, switch to Details tab. Scroll down and locate SearchUI.exe or SearchApp.exe process and then click on End task button.

Try to use Search now.
