Visual Studio 2019 error HRESULT 0x91D598D8

Question

Greetings,
sometimes when i edit code in VS2019 in an ASP.NET project (in particular ascx file) an error messagebox popout and display only the error code in the title (HRESULT 0x91D598D8).

I can't find any information on this specific error, neither if i search for that specific code in google.

There is someone that can tell me what's going wrong?

Can you create a new project and check if it occurs in the specific project or not?

I suggest you upgrade your Visual Studio to the latest version from VS installer > Update.
Then, try to use the command: devenv /safemode to run your Visual Studio in safe mode and check if it persists.
