how to get qr code for the authenticator app

when i got a new phone, my backup didn't save my log in information. when i try to log into my authenticator app it asks me for the code that was sent to the app. but since i cant log in, i cant verify if its me or not. i need a qr code to re log into the app and i dont know where to find it.

1. Log in to your Microsoft 365 account (from a computer)

Go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info (or you can get there through your Office 365 account → Security info under your profile).
