Print Preview not loading on Chrome/Edge but works incognido mode.

Previously, once I click on PDF attachtment, the attachment would pop up in another small window with the attachment preview and then print/download buttons. The print button wouldn't do anything and I would have to right click on the preview and click print for it to pop up the print window. Now, the print button works but the preview page is blank. It also does the same thing when I compose an email and click on my own attachtment; the preview page remains blank.

I have tried using both edge and chrome and they both do not work. The Outlook App works and so does incognido mode.

Troubleshooting steps i have followed; chrome updated, tried removing all extensions, tried empty cache and hard reload. None of them work.

Hi Luen, this is Kimberly. I'm glad to assist you today.

Your Outlook PDF preview works in Incognito because your normal browser profile has corrupted Outlook site data or settings.

    Fix steps (in order):

Check PDF settings in Chrome/Edge and keep inline viewing enabled.

    Clear Outlook site cookies/data (outlook.office.com, office.com, live.com).

Turn off hardware acceleration in browser settings.

    Reset all experimental flags.

If still broken, create a new browser profile to replace the corrupted one.

Should you have more questions, please let me know.

    Best regards,

    Kimberly
