unable to download AZ-900 certificate

Hi Team,

I have an issue with the Certification Dashboard when I click view corticate or view transcript the page loads forever and showing bank . I am not able to access anything (basically I wanted to download my last certification's .pdf for my employer but its impossible). I tried different browsers on different laptops but it didn't work out.
Please suggest and help me out on this issue .
