windows reactiving problem

Question

This Lenovo laptop shipped with a valid Windows 11 Home Single Language OEM license. After reset, activation completely fails, even with the correct key and edition. All known troubleshooting steps have been attempted without success. Please provide a direct resolution or reissue digital entitlement for this hardware.

Please provide a screenshot of the activation window in the Settings App.

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

On the that app, click 'Check Edition, then enter your product key into that app.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.
