MS Teams Default Directory

Hi All,

Good Day!

My problem on MS Teams is this:

I created users for teams using Azure and joined their account to Default Directory but when they logged in their MS Teams account, it only shows the "Default Directory" team and not the name of our company which is I think registered to our default directory. Some of our old account was joined to our company name on teams and not just on "Default Directory"

Yes, this is the real reason.

Default directory and your company name directory are two different directories. Switching directories will reload the portal. The directory you choose will impact the subscription, resource group, and region filters that are available in the portal.

As we are mainly responsible for Microsoft Teams, your question is not only related to our product, but also Azure. I will add azure-active-directory tag to see if anyone checking this tag could give more insights.
