Hi there, Sanjay! This is Marc. Thanks for reaching out to the community.

If you often use macro-enabled Excel files from a folder you trust, you can avoid the yellow “Enable Content” prompt by setting that folder as a Trusted Location.

Open Excel and go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings. Select Trusted Locations, then click Add new location. Browse to the folder where your macro files are stored, and if needed, tick the option to include subfolders. Click OK to save.

Any .xlsm or .xlsb file in that folder will now open with macros enabled, provided your macro settings aren’t set to “Disable all macros without notification.” To confirm, go to Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings and choose Disable all macros with notification, which keeps prompts for files outside trusted folders but allows those inside to run automatically.

Only add folders you fully trust, since files there bypass macro security checks. Avoid shared or public folders. For more details, see Microsoft’s guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/enable-or-disable-macros-in-microsoft-365-files-12b036fd-d140-4e74-b45e-16fed1a7e5c6.

    Best regards,
