    Hello,

This kind of issue often relates to problems with the Microsoft Authenticator app or your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Check Your Authenticator App: Ensure that the Microsoft Authenticator app is installed and updated to the latest version on your phone. You can also try restarting your phone to refresh the app.

    2. Verify Phone Settings:

    • Make sure that the phone is on (not in Airplane mode) and the notifications for the Authenticator app are enabled.
    • Check if the time and date settings on your phone are set correctly, as discrepancies can cause MFA issues.

    3. Try a Different Authentication Method: If possible, try logging in with a different method (like SMS or a phone call) to see if that bypasses the issue.

    4. Clear the App Cache/Data: If you’re using an Android device, consider clearing the cache/data for the Microsoft Authenticator app. On iOS, you might have to reinstall the app if nothing else works.

I hope this helps you get back on track! Let me know if you need more assistance.

    Best regards.
